What is Argala in astrology?

ಅಸ್ಯಶ್ರೀ ಅರ್ಗಳಾ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ ಮಂತ್ರಸ್ಯ ವಿಷ್ಣುಃ ಋಷಿಃ। ಅನುಷ್ಟುಪ್ಛಂದಃ। ಶ್ರೀ ಮಹಾಲಕ್ಷೀರ್ದೇವತಾ। ಮಂತ್ರೋದಿತಾ ದೇವ್ಯೋಬೀಜಂ।
